STILLNESS AND MIND HEALTH

Recently i read a good article in the Montreal Gazette called Stay mentally Fit with quiet time and i include a copy of the article via this link. In the article they talk about mental health and what you can do to help yourself maintain it. One thing that is highly recommended is stillness-taking time basically to still your body and focus your mind on journaling, garden noises, etc for at least 15 minutes a day.
