One thing i am trying to do right now is create a plan that will help me to combat my social anxiety and the other problems that i struggle with. I really need to do this because unless i have a plan when i want to do something i am a bit useless. Shop, no list, no go. Get things done today, no todo list, no to doing. Try to do this for yourself, especially if you are like me.
One thing i have realized as i have tried to put my plan together, less is more. Out of all the things i consider would be helpful in getting better i have decided i need to concentrate on just a few: mainly exercise, spending time with people being the big two, and counceling and learning about problems to better deal with them being the other two.
