Summer de-stressing

Feeling stressed, well make time for the park then. Go down, sit near the water if there is any, and read a book, a magazine, etc for a while; then look around you slowly and take in greeness, the flowers and let it soal into you; lastly, close your eyes and listen to the wind blowing the leaves in the trees, children playing, the birds singing-enjoy the music of the park.
