I am currently reading a book on dealing with/handling stress which I highly recomend. The books name is
Stress relief : 60 tips / Marie Borrel. She divides the tips into three sections. The first section has 20 tips for generally keeping stress under control, the second section if you have some problems with stress and the final section for those with major stress problems. Each tip gives you good basic info that you can easily use and the books design makes it easy to access the info.
