Stress Relief, one tip that they mention to keep your stress down is the type of oxygen ions that you breathe in.
Positive ions are not so good for you, but
negative oxygen ions are; they help with mood, they aid your mind toward happiness and health. Places these are readily available: nature and near moving water (thats right, being near the sea IS good for your health)-so get out there and breathe them in.
