Stress

One thing that can really help your mental health is managing your stress. Not doing so impacts both your physical and mental health alot. My next few posts will introduce you to web resources and maybe a book or two that can help you dealing with stress. I like the Kids Health Website because it gives good basic info about stress that is easy to understand.
